Flood
Flood is a complicated topic for an insurance person. We all know that it's generally an excluded cause of loss, whether you're talking about a commercial property or your neighbor's house. We also know that the NFIP is out there and they write most of the flood insurance in the US. Yet, the flood landscape is changing. Private companies are getting into the market. ISO has put out endorsements to add flood as a covered cause of loss.
These courses are designed to help you to navigate the flood landscape and make sure that you're not swept under when you have to deal with flood insurance.
