Elizabeth Reinhardt
Elizabeth Reinhardt joined Sherman & Company in 2010 and is primarily responsible for supporting the firm’s coverage efforts by providing knowledge of market conditions and consolidation benefits to insurers, and insurance technology/services clients. She also assists clients with financial analysis, market research, and document preparation when contemplating a strategic transaction.
Ms. Reinhardt was a commercial property underwriter with Liberty Mutual Insurance Group before joining the firm. In this position, she priced insurance coverage on a variety of risk factors and consulted a combination of brokers and clients on aspects of price and coverage protection. Responsibilities included working with engineers to prescribe loss mitigation and prevention techniques for exposures.
Prior to Liberty Mutual, Ms. Reinhardt worked as a property broker with Oxygen Insurance Brokers in London, England. While working with Oxygen, she placed risks with underwriters on the Lloyd’s of London trading floors. Her placements utilized a combination of primary and reinsurance coverage, including both ground-up and layered options.
Ms. Reinhardt received a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia and an M.B.A. from Darden Business School at the University of Virginia.
