The new generation of tools that use artificial intelligence now rushing to market can boost agency productivity while also supercharging the dangers of being hacked.  This course lays out the steps needed to rate the effectiveness of these tools, select the tools best suited for an agency’s needs and mitigate the data security risks they create.  Two of the latest examples include 1) criminals harvesting ChatGPT credentials to sell them on the dark web and 2) cybercriminals hacking DocuSign (which many agents use) to send out fake invoices directly from Docusign --  no malicious links or attachments because the danger lies in the authenticity of the request itself.  Other e-signature and document services are equally vulnerable.
