Insurance owns a language all its own and people who are new to the industry have to catch up. This series of sessions is designed to equip the insurance new hire, whether in an agency, at an insurance company, or otherwise engaged in the work of insurance with the language and information that they need to begin their career. This course of study has not been approved by any state as a pre-licensing course.

Everyone feels positive when they start their business. They think that business will go great. They'll be rolling in the money. They'll have happy, returning customers. No one goes into business thinking that something bad might happen. What about a slip and fall? What about driving vehicles? This session is all about identifying the liability exposures that businesses face. There is no policy language here, just a conversation about what could possibly go wrong.
